🌟 Excited to Share My Latest Project: Echoes of Sugar Hill 🌟

Proud to present Echoes of Sugar Hill, a 7-story mixed-use development located in the historic Sugar Hill neighborhood of Harlem, NYC. This project is a blend of modern design and cultural heritage, tailored for upper-middle-class families while honoring the rich architectural character of the area.

Key Highlights
🏢 Ground floor with a welcoming lobby and community-focused commercial space.
🏠 Family-friendly 2- and 3-bedroom apartments designed for comfort and functionality.
🌱 Sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and thoughtful design to minimize environmental impact.
🎨 A brick/glass facade that harmonizes with Harlem’s classic brownstones while introducing a modern touch.

This project allowed me to integrate architectural creativity, sustainability, and cultural respect into a cohesive design. I’m grateful for the opportunity to explore the intersection of history and innovation in one of NYC’s most iconic neighborhoods.
